Dendrobium Ovatum is an epiphytic orchid that may be found in Central and Southern Western Ghats of India. This species is most commonly seen in open deciduous forests on trees with little leaf. Dendrobium ovatum requires less water in the winter, especially if they are grown at mild latitudes where the days are dark and short. They should be allowed to dry slightly between waterings, but not for an extended amount of time. Furthermore, its flowers are tiny and clustered in a high number on an inflorescence.
